Following her concert two years ago, Rebecca Evans returns to the Lower Machen Festival with a recital of songs and lieder, including Schubert’s Shepherd on the Rock, joined by Leslie Craven, Principal Clarinet of Welsh National Opera, and pianist Michael Pollock. Hailed by the British press in 1991 as the "Operatic Discovery of the Year", Rebecca Evans has never looked back, performing at many of the world's most famous opera houses and appearing regularly with Welsh National Opera.
