Formed at London’s Royal College of Music in 2005, the Erato Piano Trio have already established a reputation as one of the most exciting young piano trios in Britain today, praised for their natural musicianship as much as for their stylistic versatility. For their first visit to Lower Machen they perform the two romantic trios by Brahms and Dvorák as well as two of Haydn’s greatest and most audacious later trios.
