A special tribute to Mozart, 250 years after his birth, with a concert of his music played on the instruments that he himself knew them. Pianist Sharona Joshua returns to the Lower Machen Festival with Concerto Cristofori in performances of two of Mozart’s Piano Concertos in intimate versions for piano and string quartet together with the powerfully serene G major Violin Sonata and the gentle tragedy of the A minor Rondo.
“Joshua brought to the music a freshness and clarity that made
it sound newly minted. Throughout the evening she conveyed as great enjoyment
in her music making as she gave to her audience.” Musical Opinion
Tickets £9.50 & £7.50 (Concessions)
